Cancellation Policy for Happenix and Happenix Partner Apps

This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of bookings made through the Happenix App and outlines the responsibilities of Users and Partners using the Happenix App and Happenix Partner App (collectively, the "Platform") in India. By using the Platform, you agree to this policy, which ensures fair handling of cancellations and refunds.

User Cancellations

  • Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More in Advance: Users may cancel bookings at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot start time for a full refund, minus applicable transaction charges (e.g., payment gateway fees).
  • Cancellations Within 24 Hours but Before 2 Hours: A 65% refund will be issued. The remaining 35% will be split as follows:
    • 15% retained as a cancellation fee by Happenix.
    • 20% transferred to the Partner (ground owner).
  • Cancellations Less Than 2 Hours Before Slot: No refund will be issued.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Partner Cancellations

  • If a Partner cancels a confirmed booking, the User will receive a full refund including any transaction fees.
  • Partner may face a fine of INR 2,999 and possible temporary suspension.
  • Partners must notify Happenix immediately if unable to honor bookings.

No-Show Policy

  • Users who do not show up for their booking will not receive a refund.
  • Partners must report no-shows via the Partner App within 24 hours.
  • Repeated no-shows by a User may result in account suspension or a permanent ban.

Partner Violations

  • Misrepresenting grounds (e.g., incorrect amenities) will result in a fine of INR 2,999 and a full refund to the User.
  • Accepting outside bookings for listed slots will result in a fine of INR 3,999 and possible suspension.
  • Partners must ensure the exclusivity of the ground for Happenix bookings during listed time slots.

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Transaction fees by payment gateways are non-refundable.
  • Amenities provided by Partners (e.g., coffee, water) are billed separately and not covered by Happenix.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes over cancellations or refunds must be reported to Happenix Customer Support. Happenix reserves the right to resolve disputes based on internal investigation and available data.
